How long does order processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

My tracking information hasn't updated. What should I do?

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours after shipment. If there has been no update after several days, please contact our support team.

Why did I receive multiple packages?

Some orders may be shipped from different warehouses. In such cases, items may arrive separately.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

The item I want is out of stock. Will it be available again?
