RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Easy-Cases™, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase to understand the terms and conditions that apply to returns and refunds.
RETURNS
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request is initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@easy-cases.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and the return address.
SHIPPING FEES FOR RETURNS
Please note that the shipping fees for returns will be paid by the buyer. The return shipping fee is $20 USD and will be deducted from your refund amount. If you opt for an exchange, the shipping fee will still apply.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for returns:

Personalized or custom-made items.

Items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Products returned without prior authorization.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@easy-cases.com.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@easy-cases.com with photos of the damage and your order details. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in the shipping process and cannot be canceled.
